    Greetings, Descendants!

    Welcome to the Iron Throne forums. These forums are intended to be an environment where players can feel comfortable engaging in discussions and share their feedback and thoughts about the game. If you don’t have time to read it all; understand that it all boils down to showing mutual respect towards one another.

    The guidelines listed below are not exhaustive but meant to serve as a guide for the kinds of posting behavior that we do not condone. Users are only allowed to have one forum account. Creating multiple forum accounts may result in a permanent ban to all related accounts.

    We recommend reviewing the Community Guidelines below before posting.

    Community Guidelines
    All of the categories cover the use of both clear or masked language, images, or links to websites containing such language or content.

    Inappropriate/Obscene Language or Content
    • Use of inappropriate or obscene language
    • Is pornographic or inappropriately refers to human anatomy or bodily functions



    Harassment or Defamation
    • Harassing or insulting other community members or staff
    • Ongoing harassment will lead to more severe penalties.



    Hateful Language
    This category includes hateful language directed towards another community member or group on the basis of:
    • Race
    • Nationality
    • Religion
    • Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity



    In summary, don’t be hating!

    Real-Life Threats or Distribution of Real-Life Personal Information
    • Threatening another person with real-life violence or harm
    • References to extreme and/or violent real-life actions
    • Distributing another person’s real-life information (name, address, phone number, etc.)



    We do not tolerate real-life threats or distribution of personal information. Depending on severity, this may result in severe actions up to and including a permeant ban.

    Trolling
    • Creating threads or posts for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the forums
    • Making non-constructive posts
    • Abusing the Report Post feature by sending false alarms or nonsensical messages



    Spam
    • Using the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish excessively
    • Repeatedly making multiple posts to link to another post (cross-linking)



    Off-Topic Posts
    • The forums here are specifically to discuss the game and related topics. Any topics not related to Iron Throne, Netmarble, or other Netmarble games may be subject to deletion.



    Advertisements
    • Advertising non-beneficial, unrelated games, businesses, organizations, or websites
    • Posting referral links to third-party websites



    Exploits or Hacks
    • Sharing information on exploits, unauthorized 3rd party applications, or hacking tools
    • Sharing information on how to abuse game mechanics, payment, or billing systems
    • Linking to websites designed to grief, disable, or compromise a computer



    Illegal Drugs or Activities
    • Illegal drugs or substances
    • Gambling
    • Selling or trading of accounts or game content
    • Sharing links or information for sites that offer pirated content



    Impersonation
    • Pretending to be a moderator, community manager, or staff member
    • Spreading false game information or game news



    Ban or Suspension Evasion
    • Creating multiple accounts to evade a forum suspension or ban



    Official Forum Language
    • To help facilitate communications between community members, we request that all posts which could be viewed in public be posted in English.
    • There is no English restriction for Private Messages between community members.
    • Recruitment threads need to be in English, but you may create a group for your Alliance where you are welcome to use any language you’d prefer.



    Enforcement
    • Please report any violations of the Community Guidelines using the report post feature so it could be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken.
    • If you encounter a Private Message that violates the Community Guidelines, please use the report function to bring it to our attention so it could be investigated, and the appropriate action will be taken.
    • Moderators, Community Managers, and staff members reserve the right to remove posts or lock threads that violate the Community Guidelines. Depending on the nature of the violation, the account which made the post may receive a warning, suspension, or ban.
    • Forum suspensions are cumulative. Repeated violations of the Community Guidelines will result in longer suspensions or even result in a ban.
    • We reserve the right to remove or lock duplicate threads or threads that discuss similar topics.
    • We do not accept requests to remove posts, threads, or accounts.
